Georges Picard, MBA, President, Chairman of the Board

Mr. Picard holds an MBA from ESSEC in France. He joined IFP as a comptroller in 1981, and then became Assistant to the Budget Director in 1987. From 1989 to 1992, he was with SYSECA (a Thomson group computer services company). He returned to IFP in 1992 as assistant to the Secretary General. He was appointed Deputy Secretary General in 1995, and became Financial Director in 1997. He was appointed Executive Vice-President of IFP in 2001. Mr. Picard has been Vice-President of the Company since 2000 and was appointed President in 2002. He is also a director of Axens SA, President of IFP Investissements, and member of the Supervisory Board of Beicip Franlab.

Eric Delamaide, BSc. Petroleum Eng., General Manager

Mr. Delamaide holds a BSc. in Chemical Engineering from Ecole Nationale Superieure des Mines de St Etienne and an MSc. in Petroleum Engineering from IFP School, both in France. He has 15 years international experience in oil & gas, first as a drilling engineer with Elf Aquitaine then with IFP as a reservoir engineer. He has worked in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Russia, Mexico, and the Caribbean as well as North and South America. He joined the Company in 1998 as Technical Manager and was appointed General Manager in 2002.

Tristan Euzen, PhD. Geology, Senior Geologist

Mr. Euzen joined the Company in 2007 as Geologist. He holds a PhD. in Geology from Université de Rennes, in France. After a first experience in a mining company in Peru, he joined IFP in 1996. He has 10 years of experience as research engineer in the field of reservoir characterization and geomodeling. During this period, he has published several papers in international journals. The most recent deals with stratigraphic architecture of deep-water reservoir analogues and is currently in press in the AAPG Studies in Geology #56.

Tom Feuchtwanger, BSc Geol.,, Business Development and Geoscience Advisor (Consulting)

Mr. Feuchtwanger joined the Company in 1998. He graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa with a BSc(Hons) in Geology in 1974. After working as a mining geologist in South Africa for five years he immigrated to Canada in 1979 and joined the exploration department of Gulf Canada Resources as an exploration geologist. During his 13 years with the company he was given positions of increasing responsibility including Chief Geologist, Exploration manager for Western Canada, and then a business unit manager, Swan Hills area. In 1992 he joined CS Resources, an intermediate oil & gas company in Calgary as Vice President Exploitation, responsible for the geology, geophysics and land. He became V.P. Exploration in 1995 then VP of the Light Oil and Natural Gas business unit. Following the purchase of CS Resources in 1997 by PanCanadian Mr. Feuchtwanger became the President of Largo Petroleum Inc., a junior international exploration company which was sold in 1999. In 1999 he incorporated his own hydrocarbon management consulting company, GeoValue Management Inc. of which he is the President, and became VP exploration at Encounter Energy which was sold in 2002. He is also currently the President of VECTA Energy Canada a private U.S. E & P company.

Arnold J. Brownlees, B. Comm, Landman (Consulting)

Mr. Brownlees holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from the University of Calgary and has 17 years of experience as a landman with Dome Petroleum, Amoco Canada, Encor Energy Corporation and Avalon Resources. He owns his own consulting company AJB Consulting. Mr. Brownlees is a member of CAPL.

Audrey Och, Accountant

Mrs. Och is an independent consultant, providing a full range of accounting services. She has over thirty years of practical experience specializing mainly in oil & gas accounting. She joined the Company in the year 2000.

Erik Verbraeken, Contract Manager

Mr. Verbraeken has a Bachelor’s degree in Laws from the University of Groningen. He joined IFP in 1987 as a legal counsel, and is currently an Associate Director of the Business Law and Contracts Department. Before that he was for three years with Shell International as legal counsel. Mr. Verbraeken is the Company legal counsel and Contracts Manager.

Kara MacKay, Administrative & Research Assistant

Ms. MacKay is pursuing a BSc. Degree in Engineering at the University of Calgary while working with the Company, which she joined in 2004.
